This page is all about lemurs, the coolest primates on the planet.  

Lemurs are related to humans like you and me.  As the picture from Microsoft Encarta shows, we came from the same ancestors.  Lemurs have existed for a very long time.  They go back 40 million years.  Humans are very young compared to lemurs.  They go back only about 250,000 years.
